Hey Mike Almost all forks work on a twin piston design. What I am saying is the cartridge above is a Manitou Knock off .....right down to the mistakes made in early versions

Too funny neither Elka,Cr1 or Fast designed the product !They just ripped off a Manitou designed cartridge and made a couple small tweaks.......

Hey Wade why does the Cr1 and Elka cartridge look just likes a 2006/2007 Manitou air backed Tpc Travis cartridge ???????

From What I read all the rider had done was a suspension set up. A set up consists of installing proper spring rates and base line settings for rider weight,style and bike.Stock shock and fork just set up properly !

I hate to tell you "louiffe" the price is going down just like with Fox and the service will greatly improve ....as far as not supporting 09 product i expect they will do everything they can.As far as Mavic msrp in the U.S look at Gmc pricing in the U.S. 33 million Canadians compared to 308 000 million Americans........
